(07:25) SANTA CRUZ – The community is invited to participate in a groundwater workshop in Santa Cruz Wednesday. Attendees will learn about the county’s efforts to recover groundwater basins. The workshop will be led by a number of presenters including Dr. Andrew T. Fisher, a professor of earth and planetary sciences at UC Santa Cruz. The free event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Room 3 at the Louden Nelson Center. (S.G.)
