(11:44) BEN LOMOND/BROOKDALE – Santa Cruz County Public Works has announced that Alba Road will be subject to traffic delays this week. Guardrail installation is scheduled to take place on Alba Road, 1.4 miles west of Highway 9, from August 24 through August 28. Potential lane closures will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on those days. The motoring public is advised to avoid this area if possible or be prepared for 20-minute delays.
