(15:03) CAPITOLA – A trial date has been set for set for a Capitola murder suspect. A mistrial was declared in June after a jury could not reach a verdict in the murder trial of 27 year old Marcos Chavez. Chavez is accused of killing fellow veteran 36 year old Aaron Carpenter in 2011. The new trial is set for February 16th 2016, Chavez remains in Santa Cruz county jail in lieu of one million dollars bail..
