(17:00) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man was arrested after making online threats toward the Univeristy on Wednesday. Authorities say police were alerted by a parent of a ucsc student who spotted the online threats, which mentioned previous college shootings, explosives and homicide. Investigators traced the threat to the 600 block of Pacific Avenue and arrested 25 year old Ayman Kareem Hawari. Hawari was booked into county jail for making terrorist threats and resisting arrest.
