(08:19) CARMEL – A Carmel woman was arrested Monday night for disturbing the peace, public intoxication and resisting arrest. Deputies were dispatched to the residence of 55-year-old Molly Tracy on Bay View Avenue after receiving a noise complaint from a neighbor. Tracy was found playing her music loudly and appeared to be heavily intoxicated. She refused requests to turn down the music and to sign a citation for the peace disturbance. Tracy was apprehended after walking out into the street and refusing to return to her residence. She was booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
