(07:59) SANTA CRUZ – Two people were arrested in Santa Cruz on Saturday on suspicion of possessing stolen property and drugs for sale. Deputies found 38-year-old Jeremy Rivera and 25-year-old Heida Ribera in a vehicle parked at the Live Oak Public Library. Both suspects were using the library’s Wi-Fi on a laptop computer that was reported stolen out of Felton. A search of the vehicle also recovered narcotics. Rivera and Ribera were booked into county jail. (S.G.)
