(19:40) SALINAS- The Salinas Police Department is accepting applications for its Fall 2015 Community Academy. The academy starts on September 3rd and meets for 12 weeks. Participants will participate in ride alongs, observe SWAT procedures, learn crime scene processing, k9 police work, and lear about the hiring process of police officers.
