The incident occurred on the 1100 block of Pacific Avenue shortly after 9:30 p.m. Officers located two gunshot victims at the scene. 26-year-old Israel Guzman Ramirez died of his injuries shortly after arriving at a hospital. The second victim is currently in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
