(19:50) SANTA CRUZ- The teen being charged as an adult for the murder and rape of 8 year old Madyson Middleton declined to enter a plea at his first court appearance yesterday (Thursday). 15 year old Adrian Jerry Gonzales was appointed a legal representation and proceedings were postponed. Gonzales will be formally arraigned on September 21st.
