(08:00) PEBBLE BEACH – A transient has been arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a home in Pebble Beach. 31-year-old Edward Vincent Caraccia allegedly broke into the residence on Cormorant Road twice this week. Deputies found Caraccia burglarizing the home on the second occasion. He was apprehended and booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
