Over 200 residents were ordered to evacuate yesterday when the Wragg fire jumped a containment line near Napa Valley. The blaze started last week off Highway 128 and has since burned over 7,000 acres. The fire is now 80 percent contained, but around 135 structures are still threatened. Officials say rising temperatures, windy conditions and low humidity have strengthened the fire.
