(11:44) WATSONVILLE- A Watsonville man was hospitalized after being attacked Friday night. At about 11:10 p.m. police were flagged down by a Hispanic male in his 20’s who had just been stabbed multiple times. The victim told the officers he was confronted by a car load of men near East Front and Union Street. One of them men brandished a pistol and demanded his wallet, the victim attempted to flee but was caught and stabbed several times. The attackers fled in a black sedan. The victim was air lifted to a trauma center. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Watsonville police.
