(17:54) SALINAS- A Chualar man convicted of raping his girlfriends 11 year old daughter was sentenced on Thursday. 42 year old Rueben Maciel was convicted of repeatedly raping the daughter of 32 year old Claudia Ochoa. Authorities began investigating the couple after the 11 year old became pregnant and had an abortion. A DNA test positively identified Maciel as the impregnator, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison. Ochoa was sentenced earlier in the year to 16 years in prison for committing lewd acts on her daughter.
