(10:20) SANTA CRUZ – The city of Santa Cruz will be holding tours of the Resource Recovery Facility. People in Santa Cruz will be able to tour the county’s recycling center and learn about the recycling process. The Resource Recovery Facility will be open for tours this Friday, and on Friday August 21. The facility will be open from 10-11:30am and from 1-2:30pm.
