(06:27) FREMONT – A 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck the San Francisco Bay Area early Tuesday morning. The quake struck on the Hayward Fault just north of Fremont at 2:41 a.m. The temblor has been followed by 12 aftershocks. BART will be running 15 to 20 minute delays to inspect the tracks for damage. No injuries or damage have been reported. (S.G.)
