(09:20) SANTA CRUZ – Two men were arrested in Santa Cruz Saturday on drug charges. Deputies spotted a vehicle parked in the Live Oak Branch Library parking lot after business hours. The vehicle was occupied by 33-year-old Kenneth Munn and 46-year-old Steven Kater. Munn had warrants for his arrest and was found under the influence of narcotics. Kater was also under the influence and found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested and booked into county jail. (S.G.)
