(18:27) SALINAS- The Salinas women convicted of torture and child abuse have been sentenced to prison. 45 year old Christian Jessica Deanda had been found guilty of 16 counts stemming from a March 2014 arrest for the torture, starvation and abuse of an 8 year old girl and 2 other children. Her partner 32 year old Eraca Dawn Craig was found guilty of 6 counts. On Friday a Monterey County Judge sentenced Deanda To life in prison. Craig, a former corrections officer, was sentenced to 11 years behind bars.
