(07:23) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz County officials have added a new feature to its Citizen Connect app. The free phone app helps residents report problems to authorities. Since its launch last month, users have been able to upload photos and inform officials about problems including graffiti, standing water and abandoned vehicles. Resident can now also report homeless encampments. Citizen Connect can be downloaded from the County of Santa Cruz App Store. (S.G.)
