(06:20) SALINAS – A Salinas woman was killed in a hit and run crash Sunday night. The incident occurred shortly before 8 p.m. at the intersection of Madeira Avenue and Market Street. A man driving a Lincoln reportedly crashed into a Toyota minivan before fleeing the scene on foot. The man’s passenger, 24-year-old Yesenia Romero, was transported to the hospital with severe injuries. She was pronounced dead shortly after. The driver of the Toyota and her three passengers were uninjured. Police are seeking Anthony Seven Bouchereau in connection with the incident. Anyone with information is to contact Salinas police.
