(14:48) WATSONVILLE- The man killed in a solo vehicle roll over on Highway 1 near Watsonville has been identified. The Santa Cruz County Coroner says that 46 year old Michael Dwyer of Coarsegold was killed Friday morning after his Toyota Camry left the roadway at a high rate of speed and struck a call box before rolling over. At this time there are conflicting reports on whether he was wearing a seat belt or not, or if drugs or alcohol had a role in the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
