(08:28) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Marina man has been convicted for DUI and driving without a license. In February, 24-year-old Eudoro Moya crashed into a fence on Benson Road and Axtell Street in Castroville. He called 911 and arriving officers found Moya had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol. He was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Moya was found guilty on all charges and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years probation. (S.G.)
