The incident occurred Monday on Oak Avenue shortly after 4 p.m. Arriving officers found 35-year-old Raul Morales with multiple gunshot wounds. He was hospitalized and is currently in stable condition. Officials say the shooter fled the scene in a SUV with large rims. The investigation is ongoing.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Oak Avenue shortly after 4 p.m. following reports of gunfire. Arriving officers found a victim in his 30s with multiple gunshot wounds.
