(17:09) SANTA CRUZ– The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a Child Annoying and Indecent Exposure case. Authorities say a white male in his late 20s to 30s with a beanie hat over long dark hair with two piercings on his lower lip was driving a white sedan similar to a Honda or Nissan Sentra, when he pulled up to two girls ages 15 and 16 on the 200 block of Swift St and asked for directions. When the girls approached the passenger side window they saw that the suspect was wearing only a white t-shirt and was masturbating. The girls immediately left the area. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz police.
