(16:45) SAN BENITO – A 30 year-old Michigan man has pleaded guilty to making bomb threats at San Benito high School. Jason Keith Smith said he used his cell phone to claim he had hidden explosives inside the high school, and then he threatened to detonate them. Smith is scheduled to be sentenced June 3rd in San Jose Federal Court.
