(11:44) SALINAS – A Salinas woman was the victim of a homicide Saturday morning. Shortly after 2 a.m. patrol units responded to reports of shots fired on the 900 block of Acosta Plaza. At the site, officers found 25 year old Nancy Jimenez Campos with multiple gunshot wounds. Campos was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time no suspects have been identified.
