Claravale Farm Cleared By CDFA – 05/05/15 18:53 S.S.

Claravale Farm is producing and selling their raw milk products once again. That after the owners of the San Benito County Farm were cleared to do so by the California Department of Food and Agriculture. The Campylobacter bacteria problem (that caused them to recall a batch of their products) turned out to be from one cow, and that has now been removed from the herd. The fact that the problem was caused by one infected cow means that the issue was in no way connected with the milking process, or the facility itself….in fact, for about a century now they have regularly received “excellent” ratings for their raw milk products.
