A forum on drug and alcohol disorders will be held in Santa Cruz tomorrow. County Sheriff Jim Hart, as well as representatives from the county’s Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services will be present to discuss the issue. The forum will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Harbor High School Little Theatre. The event is free and open to the public.
