A road resurfacing project is expected to cause traffic delays on Highway 152 near Watsonville. Beginning tomorrow, the highway will be closed from Mount Madonna Inn to Carlton Road from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The project is expected to be completed by Friday. Motorists should be prepared for delays of up to 20 minutes.
