A lawsuit has been filed against a San Benito company, claiming one of its products causes illness. California health officials have announced several people tested positive for a bacterial infection after consuming raw milk from Claravale Farm. One Santa Cruz man who was hospitalized after drinking the product has sued the company. Raw milk is milk that has not been pasteurized to kill harmful bacteria.
