Watsonville police are investigating a stabbing. Authorities say that shortly before 9 p.m. Friday a 26 year old man was confronted by a group near Grant and Union Streets, when an assailant pulled a knife and stabbed him in the leg. First responders treated the victim for the non life threatening wound at the scene. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Watsonville police.
