A Soquel man was arrested following a mental health evaluation on Thursday. Authorities allege that 30 year old Lee Cast was hiding bushes before jumping out and slapping a woman’s buttocks. Cast is suspected of several similar incidents on the east and west sides of Santa Cruz and has been booked into county jail on sexual battery charges.
