The trial for a man, who intentionally drove the wrong-way onto Highway 17 and ran his s-u-v into oncoming traffic, has been delayed. 32 year-old Soquel resident Eric Weers faces 1 charge of murder in connection with the subsequent crash that killed 48 year-old Santa Cruz mother-of-4, Ana Luz Barajas. The trial for Weers, is now scheduled to begin October 13th.
