A march is taking place in Santa Cruz tomorrow in recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. The event will honor crime victims and the progress that has been made in advancing their rights. The Fourth Annual Victims’ Rights March of Solidarity will take place from 6 to 8 p.m., beginning at the courthouse and ending at city hall.
