A baby food company is recalling one of its products due to glass contamination. Beech-Nut Nutrition recently received a complaint from a customer who found a piece of glass in a 4-oz. jar containing “Stage 2 Beech-Nut Classics Sweet Potato & Chicken”. The product subject to the recall was produced on December 12th, 2014. Beech-Nut Nutrition has received a report of an injury associated with the consumption of the product. Anyone with questions about the recall is asked to call the company’s consumer hotline.
