The Salinas Police Department is seeking to hire new officers. The agency is looking for several individuals who live in Monterey County to join the force. Potential candidates are encouraged to participate in a recruitment orientation session tomorrow where they will learn about the application process. The session will be held at the City Hall Rotunda building on Lincoln Avenue at 6 p.m. Applications are due on April 30th by 5 p.m.
