The public is invited to learn about local creeks and streams during an event in Santa Cruz tomorrow. Coastal Watershed Council Monitoring Coordinator Debie Chirco-Macdonald will be present at the event. She will discuss the history and importance of the council’s water quality monitoring programs. The event will be held at the Downtown branch of the Santa Cruz Public Library at 7 p.m.
