A driver, who lost control of the pool maintenance truck he was driving on Empire Grade Road last night, has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. 33 year-old Felton resident Cory Stevens flipped the truck around 10:20 p.m., striking a phone pole and spilling nearly 50 gallons of chlorine and 8 gallons of muriatic acid on the road. The road was closed for about 9 hours while Santa Cruz county workers cleared up the spill.
