The Santa Cruz Mission State Historic Park is inviting the public to participate in a cooking demonstration tomorrow. Visitors will be shown cooking styles used by people who lived in the area over 200 years ago. Participants will learn about cooking with a hot rock as well as baking in a mud oven. The free event will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the park near School and Emmett Streets.
