A King City Police Officer pleaded guilty to two counts of embezzlement today. 54-year-old Mario Mottu will testify against former King City Police Chief Nick Baldiviez at a future trial as part of a plea deal to reduce his felony charge. Mottu was put on administrative leave back in January after an investigation revealed that a police car had been customized into a show car and then transferred into his name.
