An environmental agency on the Central Coast has launched a grant program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District Board is encouraging applicants to submit grant proposals for emission reduction projects, such as vanpools, roundabout construction and electric vehicle replacement.
