A car caught on fire at a Castroville tire shop this morning. The 11 a-m blaze broke out in the parking lot of Castroville Tire on Merritt Street. Firefighters had the blaze contained (to just the vehicle) by around 11:30 a-m, and no damage was reported to the tire shop itself.
