The former owner of a King City towing company has pleaded guilty to bribery and grand theft charges. 50 year-old Brian Miller, who owned Miller’s Towing said he and his brother, who was then the chief of police for the town were part of a scheme that involved several other King City police officers too. Miller pleaded guilty to 2 felony counts, and faces a possible sentence of 4-years and 8-months.
