The names of the 2 people arrested last week (in connection with the recent Del Monte Beach homicide) have been announced. 22 year-old Victor Hugo Ramos and 19 year-old Esmerelda Alejandra Garcia are suspected of killing Abraham Lizama early Saturday March 14th. They are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday March 25th.
