A man reportedly drove away from a child custody argument with his child in the car and the mother hanging out of the door of the vehicle. The 42 year-old man was arrested last (Monday) night and booked into Monterey County Jail. The 10 year-old child, and his 42 year-old mother, were reportedly ok after the incident.
