Investigators say that the weekend fire at the Food Bank For Monterey County was arson. Surveillance video footage shows a hooded suspect walking (4 times) up to the wooden pallets that burned. Saturday’s 2-alarm blaze destroyed 4 refrigerator trucks, and part of the loading dock. Much of the agency’s food reserves had to be thrown away due to smoke damage.
