Culvert replacement project on highway 1 begins next week. A project to replace failed culverts along Highway 1 in Santa Cruz County between Davenport Landing and Waddell Creek will begin Monday The southbound lane will be closed 6 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday on Fridays until 3p.m. until June 1st Motorists can expect delays up to 10 minutes.
