A Semi Truck and trailer overturned on San Miguel Canyon Road, Thursday. The California Highway says the big rig was carrying a load of soil when in flipped over at about 12 p.m. the driver of the truck was uninjured, however traffic controls were implemented while the roadway was cleared. Excessive speed is thought to be a factor in the accident.
