Santa Cruz C-H-P reported that all lanes of Old San Jose Road were closed today due to a motorcycle accident. At approximately 2:30 p.m. a motorcyclist and car crashed on Old San Jose Road and Greystone Way in Soquel. The motorcyclist was seriously hurt and part of his leg was allegedly severed off in the accident. He was transported to the hospital and the car’s driver appears to have sustained no injuries. Currently one lane of old san jose road is open and both lanes are expected to be open by 4 p.m.
