A social entrepreneurship competition will begin tonight in Santa Cruz. Cruz Cares recognizes individuals and organizations that have been using the marketplace to solve issues both local and global. Six finalists have been chosen, including Biofuel, Civinomics and Rising International. The finalists will take stage at the Del Mar Theatre tonight for a pitch contest.
