Two juveniles were arrested in Capitola yesterday for felony vandalism. Officers received a report of two individuals tagging a trailer on the 4200 block of Capitola Road around noon. Police responded and caught the two suspects, ages 16 and 17. During the investigation, the teens were linked to 52 tagging cases throughout Santa Cruz County. Both were booked into juvenile hall for felony vandalism, possession of vandalism tools, theft, possession of alcohol, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
